Accounting Assistant

Mazergroup is a family of machinery dealerships offering agricultural, construction, and commercial turf equipment, sales, parts, and service. With eighteen locations across Manitoba and Southern Saskatchewan, we are ideally positioned to serve our customers throughout our territory. This key role, of Accounting Assistant  (Summer Student) will be responsible for various administrative duties including but not limited to, supporting the accounting team including accounts payable entry, reconciling and upload into the business system, customer service and reception.

You'll be a match if you have...

• Minimum of Grade 12; Enrolled in post-secondary education in a related field (Accounting, Accounting Technician, Business Administration)
• Experience in an office environment would be an asset
• Customer service experience
• Prior knowledge and experience using information systems and data entry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced, disruptive environment
