  • Financial Maestro: Prepare journal entries, financial statements, and supporting schedules. Maintain, review, and control accruals. Perform financial statement variance analysis versus prior periods and budget.
  • Data Maverick: Dive into financial systems, extracting valuable insights and unraveling the stories within cost centers, functions, business units and groups. Work closely with branch management to review/discuss financial statement results and evaluate outcomes against key performance indicators.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives explaining variances in financial performance, building persuasive business cases for cutting-edge investment projects.
  • Budgeting Guru: Play a pivotal role in developing budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, managing inputs, and presenting data in a way that resonates with modern leaders.
  • Efficiency Champion: Contribute to projects aimed at improving efficiency, elevating service levels, and revolutionizing operating costs.

Requirement You have graduated from a recognized or legally authorized university with a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Qualifications
  • 3 years in an accounting role, preference given to those with public firm experience
  • Experience working for a multi-national accounting firms
  • Experience with budgeting, financial modeling, scenario planning and reporting.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. – Microsoft Power BI, Tableau) is an asset
  • Must be adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines
  • A self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with limited supervision
