Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is seeking a hardworking and passionate individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable associate for remote work in Montreal, Quebec. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities: 1. Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely. 2. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. 3. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. 4. Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and inquiries. 5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 6. Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus. 6. Prior internship or work experience in accounts payable is a plus.
