Job summary Our client is an established family-run business that has been in the centre of Little Italy since 1945.
The role of the AR Clerk will be to support the controller with the full-cycle of accounts receivable.
The Ideal Candidate will have a diploma in accounting or business administration.

Responsibilities • Support the controller with the full-cycle of accounts receivable
• Set up new client accounts
• Post customer payments to the financial system
• File documents
• Handle customer requests for invoices, payments, and inquiries
• Assist with collections and maintain up-to-date receivables balance
Requirements • Diploma in accounting or business administration
• At least a year of Accounts Receivable experience
• Understanding of cash flow statements
• Fantastic customer service attitude
• Strong data entry skills
• Attention to detail
Key Skills Needed • Understanding of SAGE 300
• Excellent AR experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Client service approach to working with vendors
