We are looking for an experienced accounts payable and receivable professional for an after-market vehicle electronics trading and installation organization in Winnipeg. The person will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation data entry and other bookkeeping duties as required.
In addition, this role requires managing the full cycle of online orders, including communicating with customers, ordering inventory, and fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Therefore, it is essential the candidate must enjoy interacting with customers and suppliers.
What we offer
The salary range is between CAD40k and CAD60k per annum.
Extended Benefits (added benefits after 1 year).
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
What you do
Monitoring and following up on accounts receivable balances.
Posting Bills, Invoices and EFTs in QuickBooks.
Responsibility for accounts payables and receivables duties.
Place and receive online orders.
Follow-up on purchase orders and update expected dates in QuickBooks.
Monitoring online orders and updating customers with delivery dates.
Maintaining and adjusting prices and description for online products on the company’s website.
Who you are
You are proficient in the use of MS Excel and QuickBooks.
You have at least one year certificate from college or technical school.
You have at least one year related training and experience as a bookkeeper for accounts receivables and payables.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
You are highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
You are self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
You are fluent in English.
It is an added advantage if you are familiar with the use of Shopify.
