Your Role & Its Impact

As the Agile Delivery Manager reporting to the Director, Digital Trust and Credentials, you will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with internal and external partners to support and enhance program development and delivery. You will:

  • Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to remove blockers and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously, aligning with our Digital Trust and Credentials roadmap.
  • Be accountable for strategic and operational leadership through direction, planning, evaluation, and implementation.
  • Oversee the availability, deployment, and maintenance of services and platforms.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership, including planning, evaluation, and implementation.
  • Develop effective relationships across all levels and ensure continuous improvement and strategic advancements.

What You will Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to apply internet-era practices for product delivery and iterative improvements.
  • Manage projects effectively by:
    • Communicating strategic directions and engaging stakeholders.
    • Assigning resources and developing business processes for improvement.
    • Leading enhancements and assessing readiness for implementation.
    • Managing communications and budget.
  • Deeply understand user needs to develop valuable, usable, and feasible multi-channel services.
  • Maintain transparency in the development process to foster engagement and uptake.
  • Set and achieve measurable goals for products and ensure high-quality service delivery with a focus on accessibility.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in building and empowering teams, providing mentoring and support.
  • Expertise in internet-era practices with a focus on achieving business and policy outcomes.
  • Skilled in identifying and implementing operational strategies for modernization and transformation.
  • Experience in leading change, managing risks, and ensuring the achievement of project objectives within a dynamic matrix organization.
  • Decision-making responsibilities in the development and management of high-quality digital products, with a focus on secure service delivery.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, contractual agreements, and departmental mandates.
  • Understanding of Digital Identity principles and Public Key cryptography.

Assets:

  • Experience in a government environment.
  • Familiarity with digitally verifying identities, handling verifiable credentials, and managing public digital infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of the Province’s IT and Cyber Security policies, processes, and procedures.

We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.
