The successful candidate will be a team player who can provide exceptional customer service in a professional and fast paced environment.

Position Overview:

In the role of BDC Manager, you'll be the quarterback for all vehicle sales originating online through the dealership. With customer satisfaction and experience at the forefront, you will be responsible to effectively lead your sales team to execute on our new and pre-owned online vehicle sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet online sales targets by adhering to high contact and closing ratios
• Serve as the first response on all internet leads and follow up with sales staff after re-assigning them
• Continually administering training and mentorship to the sales team while holding them accountable to our internet lead process
• Develop and encourage strong working relationships with all associates and stakeholders
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining sales and gross targets.
• Address other related tasks and responsibilities as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Automotive sales experience of minimum two years
• Excellent people management skills such as leadership, team development, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and supervisory skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational and problem-solving abilities under pressure
• Solid computer skills; familiarity with necessary CRM and DMS systems
• Results-driven and career focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful
• High attention to detail and ability to adhere to proper language practices
• Experience in a Nissan dealership would be preferred
• Post-Secondary education in a related field is ideal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Secondary School (preferred)
