Job Description - Bilingual Accounting Clerk

Dumak is currently seeking a Bilingual Accounting Clerk to join our team. We offer training and endless support to help you succeed in your role and grow your professional skill set. You would be processing and receiving from accounts across Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track all account receipts for our locations.
  • Verify customer details into our CRM system.
  • Contact clients through phone calls and emailing to follow-up on due payments.
  • Classify key documentation using our CRM system.
  • Monitor unpaid accounts and undertake reconciliation accordingly.
  • Produce regular reports for management.
  • Collect information and payments on overdue accounts.
  • Deposit checks and track all invoices.
  • Communicate internally about other Accounts Receivable inquiries.
  • Update the appropriate point of contact for accounts payables.
  • Retrieve all statements and input received payments into the CRM to remove
    outstanding payment balances.

Qualifying Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience with account receivables and payables.
  • Good communication skills in English and French; Spanish is an asset.
  • Experience with CRM systems, NetSuite by Oracle is an asset.
  • Attention to details, ability to manage priorities, solve problems, meet objectives, and respect deadlines.
  • Organization skills are an asset.

Salary: Starting at $40,000.00 per year

Languages: English (fluent), French (professional) , Spanish (asset)
