Our client is a premier provider of energy-efficient home services, specializing in window and door replacements, heating and cooling system upgrades, insulation improvements, and airtight home sealing. Dedicated to enhancing the comfort and energy efficiency of our clients homes, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic finance team.

We require someone capable of fulfilling the duties of an Accounts Receivable Specialist while also managing office administrative tasks. This individual will be stationed at the front desk, welcoming walk-in clients, validating agreements, and overseeing collections.

Responsibilities:

Administer office tasks, including collecting payments and interacting with staff, installers, and clients.

Verify agreements and maintain accurate documentation.

Manage assigned calls and direct inquiries.

Collect client deposits and balances.

Oversee accounts by regularly reviewing reports for timely payment collection.

Generate precise invoices tailored to client needs.

Update account information in our CRM system.

Assist finance team with accurate project financials.

Negotiate with clients to resolve billing disputes.

Collaborate with sales, installers, and customer service team on billing inquiries.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven track record in accounts receivable, including collections and negotiation.

Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial processes.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Zoho CRM.

Previous experience in the home improvement or construction industry.
