IT Accountant/Manager/Director

Description Our Fraser Valley Client has an unique career opportunity for someone who will Interface between the Operations and Finance/Accounting teams to lead implementation of IT tools and advance the use of and optimization of their ERP System. The ERP Systems Manager, will have 2-4 direct reports and report directly to the CFO of this stellar organization. If you have a strong educational foundation in Accounting and have 5+ years of progressive hands on finance and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, where you found your passion for the importance of implementing and maximizing the best ERP system for an organization - this opportunity will call your name. This position follows a hybrid working model and will require travel to Eastern Canada and the U.S. Requirements Requirements include:

• Experience using Epicor
• Minimum of 5 years in an IT/Accounting role, having demonstrated the ability to lead change, develop people and manage projects
• Prior work experience in the following areas and with the following tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to manage projects remotely
• High level of technology competency – ERP systems, Power BI, Excel
• Minimally, an undergraduate degree in Business or IT. Ideally, a CPA.
