What you will do:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial accounting and operational aspects of the Myers Real Estate and related companies' portfolio.
• Prepare financial statements and operating budgets for assigned properties.
• Calculate and prepare year-end reconciliation statements for tenants based on actual costs.
• Monitor property-related accounts receivable and accounts payable.

For this role, come equipped with:

• A strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis.
• Experience using QuickBooks.
• Working knowledge of federal, provincial and local tax compliance regulations and reporting.
• The ability to work in a team setting.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Project management experience would be considered an asset.

• Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
