Receptionist and Accounts Receivable Clerk

Rivershore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the newest addition to the Steve Marshall Group (as of Sept 1, 2023), and we are eager to continue the excellence that the Kamloops market has come to expect. Rivershore is currently seeking a Receptionist and Accounts Receivable Clerk for its Kamloops location.  The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will play a critical role in creating a positive customer experience and helping the automotive business run smoothly.

Responsibilities: 

• Greeting customers
• Answering phones
• Directing customer inquiries to the appropriate person/department
• Data entry
• Balancing daily cash
• Inventory management
• Filing and record keeping
• Administrative support

Requirements:

• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Dealership Experience would be considered an asset

Wage:

• $21 per hour

Schedule:

• Tuesday through Saturday; full time

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Position is in Kamloops, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
