Job Description - Regional Sales Consultant

Join a dynamic team as a Regional Sales Consultant and take charge of managing our client base in the independent business (IB) financial services sector. At the company, the team is dedicated to providing top-notch solutions that empower businesses to thrive. With a focus on customer acquisition and retention, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and achieving targets. This position offers a hybrid work model in Toronto.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support and integration.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with assigned accounts, crafting tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs.

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to align with corporate objectives.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to refine offerings and meet client expectations.

  • Drive customer acquisition and ensure seamless integration and service delivery.

  • Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and ongoing status updates.

  • Educate the sales team and clients on compliance, procedures, and industry trends.

  • Continuously develop skills through our comprehensive training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

  • 7-10 years of field sales experience, preferably in relevant industries.

  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills.

  • Valid provincial driver's license and access to a vehicle required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and fostering customer relationships.

  • 5+ years of experience in the industry.
