Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

CenturyLink is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This full-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and is ideal for energetic and adaptable individuals with strong communication and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end close activities - Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues - Assist with audit and compliance requirements - Utilize accounting software to input and track financial data - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices - Continuously look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Creativity in problem-solving and process improvement
