Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Avery Dennison is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices and expense reports - Prepare and process payments - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Resolve invoice discrepancies - Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries - Assist with month-end closing - Maintain accurate financial records

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Creativity and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
