Accounts Receivable

Job description: ConAgra Foods is currently seeking a Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, resourceful, possess strong decision-making skills, and demonstrate leadership abilities.

Responsibilities: - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding invoices - Process incoming payments and reconcile accounts - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment transactions - Communicate with customers to address account-related inquiries and issues - Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information - Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
