About the Opportunity

• Establish processes and procedures for newly created legal entity
• Prepare monthly reporting/results for new legal entity and ensure accuracy of information
• Review monthly reporting and make recommendations on process improvements
• Reconcile expenses and revenues to ensure they are flowing to the correct legal entity
• Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure processes are being followed and established
