Your new company A leading real-estate sector is looking for a reception on contract basis for 3 months working on-site in Downtown Toronto location. Please share your updated CV to [email protected] as next steps. Your new role Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Track all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries. Prioritize legal & HR related mail to appropriate contacts. Complete work orders for Asset management team for all incoming & outgoing devices. Maintain a clean & safe shipping office and sweep service elevator lobbies regularly to ensure they are clear. Adhere to shipment policies and best practices for all mail, ensuring that Full-Time Employees (FTEs) promptly retrieve packages. Follow up with employees who are tardy in picking up their packages to ensure timely retrieval. What you need to succeed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise at coordinating tasks, managing events, and extremely professional.
