Your days will include:

•Overseeing Accounts Receivable department
•Supporting Director of Accounting with general oversight of all finance teams
•Continuous improvement of internal controls and automated functions
•Banking Functions
•Lead month end management meetings to ensure tasks are completed on time
•Month end reporting and analysis
•Review and approve month end interest and dividend payments and accruals
•Approval and Signing Authority Doc Administrator
•Visa credit card administrator
•External audit support
•Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

•CPA Designation
•5+ years in management role
•Strong technical accounting knowledge, preferably based on ASPE
•Project management experience
•Ability to lead and motivate others in various locations and all levels of departments
•Advanced computer skills with accounting and Microsoft software
•Must be accurate, have super attention to detail, be organized and able to deal with unexpected events, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
