Accounts Receivable Clerk

Drake International is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk on a Temporary to Permanent basis with Full time working hours. 

What we offer:

• Location: Etobicoke, M8Z 4E6
• Shift: Monday - Friday: 9: 30 am to 6 : 00 pm with ½ hour break.
• Pay: $25/hr . - $28/hr. depending on experience plus 4% vacation pay

What you do :

• Invoicing / Billing using ERP  system.
• Cash application for the payment received by bank.
• Collection of receivables
• Uploading invoices in various customers AP – portal
• Calculation revenue to be backed out based on  Incoterm.
• Generating AR-Statement for Inter-co/ customer account for emailing.
• Bank Reconciliation
• Journal entry preparation for approval by manager
• Preparation of warranty file under supervision
• Depreciation calculation on monthly basis
• Assist in month end  close.
• Any other accounting work assigned by  supervisor.

Who are you:

• Undergraduate or College in Business Administration  preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of Accounts Receivable Experience
• Must have knowledge of billing systems and credit/collections policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, and Excel
• Proficiency working on  ERP  SAGE MAS  is  preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
