Administrative Assistant

Your new company  

Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a Insurance company located in Mississauga, ON. We are looking to hire a Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract basis of 2 months, which has the possibility of extension/ permanent. 

Your new role  

• Greet clients who visit the office to see brokers. Offer a welcoming seat.
• Receive and process incoming mail, including packages from ICS, Purolator, and Canada Post.
• Scan and upload documents into the software system.
• Direct phone calls.
• Print cheques and send them to clients or suppliers.
• Order catering for company events.

Manage credit card transactions and expense reports.

What you'll need to succeed  

• Excellent communicator.
• Outgoing and comfortable interacting with people.
• Capable of managing stress and handling back-to-back calls.

Quick learner, adaptable to new tasks.

What you'll get in return  

This position is offering up to $20.00 per hour.
