ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently accepting resumes from organized and team-oriented individuals who are looking for a career as an Administrative Assistant at our Calmont Volvo Truck Centre location in Edmonton.
As the Administrative Assistant some of your responsibilities will be to:
Establish and maintain vendor information and ensure that all filing is completed.
Input data according to company policy.
Validate invoices for accuracy, general ledger coding, and payment terms.
Reconcile vendor statements in order to identify any duplicate or missing invoices.
Perform general mail and courier duties, and order office supplies.
Complete other Administrative or AR-related duties as needed.
High School Diploma.
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of A/R considered an asset.
Minimum of 1-2 years related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail with the drive to meet tight deadlines.
