We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide quality customer service at our Platinum awarded dealership.
The Administrative Assistant will be required to answer multiple phone lines according to company standards. You should possess strong customer service skills and be familiar with a computer; including Microsoft Word, Excel, online website knowledge, online marketing/advertising an asset, Quorum OEM system knowledge a benefit. To be a successful Administrative Assistant, you should be committed to providing excellent customer service. You should be courteous, responsible, and detail-oriented and have a very professional appearance. Responsibilities include:
Answering multiple phone lines and directing calls accordingly.
Updating inventory data, including stocking in new & pre-owned vehicles.
Handling money, work orders and some accounting duties.
Adding inventory online, up-keeping/managing the dealership website and Facebook.
Assisting all departments and managers.
Corresponding with service and service clientele, along with other administrative duties.
This is a fast paced position. Requirements include: Prior receptionist experience and website training required, advanced training will be provided.
Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
A valid drivers license with good driving record. Competitive wage, benefits and pension available.
