Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk:
Corner Brook, NL
Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk position. Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual who is exceptionally organized, detail oriented and seeking potential growth within their role. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services.
Available Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Rate of Pay: $20.00 an hour
Responsibilities:
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Accounts Payable Data Entry
• Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
• Submitting invoices
• Processing accounts and incoming payments
Candidate Qualifications:
• Efficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Completion of Accounting Program
• 1-3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
