Job Description:
As an Amusement Operations Staff, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our amusement division. You will be responsible for assisting with guest services, providing instruction to patriots, ensuring safety compliance, and contributing to an overall positive and enjoyable guest experience. The operations team will take direction from operations leads and coordinators on site to set up event to clients’ desire day of. The position is based in the warehouse where you will be prepping, cleaning and pulling items for upcoming events, as well as onsite. On site, you will be the main crew involved in the setup and organization and attending of the amusement products as well as the tear down including the loading, unloading and transport of amusements and other items. You must be comfortable working with children in this role as they are our biggest clients! In this position you must be flexible with the scope of the duties involved, as sometimes you may pick up shifts assisting with some of our larger events requiring a larger support crew.
Please note: Equipment may include (but not limited to) a wide variety of Inflatables including bounce castles/ rooms, water pool sports equipment, obstacles, rides, games, concessions and catering equipment, fun food machines, large trucks, generators, and more. Events take place locally, but also include out of town assignments requiring longer travel and overnight stays.
