Custodian/Housekeeper

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Performing general maintenance and repairs
Ensuring cleanliness and good repair of common areas, offices, and parking lots
Conducting carpet and upholstery cleaning
Groundskeeping
Snow and ice removal
Operating and maintaining industrial floor cleaning equipment and other industrial equipment as needed
Ensuring building security at all times
Other duties as assigned
You work will be conducted to ensure excellent service, positive interactions and a safe environment for our tenants.

Previous custodial experience and the ability to perform minor repairs across various fields
Strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
Multitasking ability and adaptability to shift focus as needed throughout the day
Consistent prioritization of safety for yourself and others during work activities
What Youll Need
A minimum of 1-year related experience
WHMIS 2015 certification
Dependable, trustworthy and a professional demeanor
Excellent maintenance troubleshooting skills
Effective interaction with co-workers and tenants
Basic proficiency of reading/writing English
Ability to work independently
Effective organization and prioritization skills
Availability for on-call evenings and weekends as necessary
Valid drivers license
Physically fit to carry out the duties
