Together, We Will Achieve:

As the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Revenue Assurance & Financial Operations and Vice President - Finance Business Partners, your role will involve skillfully managing various programs and activities with professionalism, collaboration, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative & Organizational Expertise:
    • Anticipate and meet the needs of the two Vice Presidents, ensuring their timely presence for meetings
    • Monitor follow-up activities, action items, and materials ahead of meetings
    • Efficiently manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
    • Gather, coordinate, and prepare necessary information, materials, and resources for meetings and events
    • Prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
    • Ensure proper management and approval of individual and corporate expenses
  • Engaging & Collaborative Partner:
    • Represent CAF as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional experiences for stakeholders
    • Foster a strong team culture with a positive attitude and a natural inclination to support others in achieving success

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Google Suite, and other online tools
