Finance Associate

We are currently looking for a Finance Associate to join us in building a global leader in multi-day themed travel experience ( , , and more).

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports

• Lead preparation of management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet, and other reports

• Lead preparation of monthly board presentation and budget to actuals analysis

• Manage daily finance operations, account records, issue invoices, and receipts, and handle payments

• Actively manage business finance, reporting and analysis across departments

• Process requisitions and other business forms, report on the account and cash balances, and support government and regulatory filings

• Analyze financial data and assist with audits, reviews, and tax preparations

• Handle internal and external stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Degree in either Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 2-3 years of experience as an Accounting or Finance professional

• Eager to learn, result-driven, and able to learn on the fly

• Collaborative and team-oriented

• Good eye for detail and always taking ownership of your work

• High proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree

• Prior eCommerce and/or startup experience in Accounting or Finance

• Experience in reporting results to the senior management

• Working knowledge of Dutch

• Prior experience with QuickBooks, Exact & other accounting tools
