Front Desk

We are looking for an extraordinary Front Desk Receptionist to join a premiere skincare clinic downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate is someone with great administrative skills, a genuine interest for client care and passionate about aesthetics.

As part of this role, you will be :

• Handling all front desk responsibilities ie. scheduling appointments, responding to phone and email inquiries, processing payments, opening and closing the clinic
• Establishing and maintaining back bar inventory
• Providing exceptional client service
• Overseeing the retail lounge and assisting clients with skincare inquiries 
• Must be available to weekdays, evenings and weekends

Skills Required:

• Prior administrative experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address both inquiries and issues.
• Comfortable serving as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
