Intermediate Accountant

Description Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced, organized Intermediate Accountant to join our client in Vancouver. As an Intermediate Accountant, you will responsible for year-end support, bank reconciliations, following up with billing and posting journal entries. We are seeking an individual with exemplary analytical skills who enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced work environment in order to support the continued success of the company.

• Bank Reconciliations
• AP and AR
• Journal entries
• Month end closings
• Year end closings
• Balance sheet
• GL account reconciliations

Requirements To be considered for this role, you bring with you:

• Previous Intermediate Accountant experience in a similar role
• Excellent understanding of accounting procedures
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong initiative and critical thinking skills
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and procedures quickly
• Available to work immediately
