Job Description - Marketting & Administration Coordinator

Marketting & Administration Coordinator Location Calgary, AB :

Banff Everyday Tours is a fastest growing local tour operator located in Calgary. We are committed to delivering high-quality service, exceptional customer service, and unforgettable experiences to our valued customers.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an Office Administrator with some digital marketing and basic social media management skills to help us in our overall marketing and tour operation. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

What you'll do:

  • Completing and submitting regular reports.
  • Responding to incoming calls and emails with customers.
  • Prepairing tour files, tour confirmations, guide files etc.
  • Answering phones, providing administrative support and organization
  • Marketting the tours
  • Monitor industry trends and our social media channels to optimize content and engagement.

Required Experience:

  • Positive personality.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative and social media experience.
  • Superior Customer Service experience.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Basic computer skills

  • Salary: $20.00/per hour
  • Working hours: 7am to 1pm. 30 hours / per week
  • Working Place: Office in SE Calgary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Experience:

  • tourism: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
