Align Physio & Wellness are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Rehabilitation Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments through Universal Scheduling, and assist with patient inquiries- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred- Proficiency in using Universal Scheduling
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of rehabilitation practices- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff and clients
