Denro Property Management Ltd. is seeking a qualified onsite live-in caretaker to operate a Co-operative Senior Housing Highrise. Reporting to the Co-operation's Management, this permanent, full-time position is responsible for the daily administration, the cleaning of buildings, and the regular maintenance and repair of the common areas of the building. Duties include: - Collect all payments and deposits
- Process purchase orders and submit to management
- Lease, maintain, and record all extra parking
- Monitor move-ins and move-outs
- Daily inspections of interior and exterior of buildings for any maintenance or repair requirements
- Monthly inspections of sump pumps and crawl spaces
- Arranging annual inspections of fireplaces
- Check and log daily inspections of boilers, pumps, water softeners, etc.
- Receive supplies
- Maintain quality grounds keeping and snow/ice removal
- Day to day janitorial duties
- Any other maintenance as required Qualifications: - Experience in building/facility management
- Experience in customer service is an asset
- Above average problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Must be available to work weekdays with flexibility to meet operational needs
- Must have strong communication skills in English; this includes both written and verbal
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable vehicle
