Operations Analyst The Operations Analyst is instrumental in supporting the division's operational and procurement activities through detailed analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role demands a keen analytical mindset to drive financial discipline, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across procurement and operational functions. What we look for?

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• At least one year of professional experience.

What will you do?

• Prepare and analyze quarterly budgets for auditing, forecasting, and variance reduction.
• Collaborate with Central Procurement to manage tender documents and support procurement processes.
• Manage updates to supplier allocations, specifications, and project details in collaboration with construction and project management teams.
• Report on purchase order variances, providing insights for improved cost control and efficiency.
• Analyze unit performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Forecast material and labor requirements, reporting on strategic risks to cost control and quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with detailed analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Add automation to creation of all internal and external processes to maximize time spent on analysis.
