Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a motivated individual that is passionate about problem solving, data management, learning and creating efficiencies. The Operation’s Assistant will report to our VP – Operations and Client Solutions and support all aspects of our operations department, including a variety of database-related and administrative tasks. What You Will Be Responsible For - Supporting the VP of Operations and Client Solutions with the onboarding of new clients
- Weekly sales data pulls from SAGE ERP system for upload into other programs
- Weekly, monthly client reports
- Monthly KPI reports
- Upload data for configuration into our portal
- Liaise with Data Engineers to ensure data integrity and create new reporting options or function in our portal
- Review data to ensure integrity
- Project management for new client onboarding
- Project management for Operations team function
- Ad hoc request
- Cross functional collaboration with the Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing Team.
Qualifications - Post-secondary in Business, Admin or Data Management degree or diploma
- 2+ yrs experience in CPG
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and IF Functions
- Strong attention to detail & excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage change and conflicting priorities across a diverse portfolio of projects
- Aptitude for learning new software
- Experience with project management tool an asset (Monday.com, Jira)
- Self-starter: anticipates and initiates actions to meet growing needs
- Ability to work collaboratively between departments
- Demonstrated experience in analytical thinking
