Forbes Bros Ltd. is seeking a confident Project Administrator (Full time, Permanent) to support our Project Management team at our Kakabeka Falls office. Our Project Management Organization (PMO) is a cross-border team that supports and collaborates to strategically provide for the business.
The Project Administrator will work Monday to Friday, on a three (3) week on, one (1) week off schedule, onsite our Kakabeka Falls office. The Project Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and Coordinators with the organization of resources such as equipment, meetings and information. They will also assist with the mobilization of the workforce to and from the project including new hire orientation. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a project administrator in a construction environment and will posses strong communication skills with a willingness to learn.
