About the Company:
Our client is a provider of construction management and contracting services to the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors. They have been in operation since 1993 and pride themselves on providing excellence to all of their clients.
They are growing at a rapid rate and are seeking to add a Project Coordinator to their dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the development of documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements and project plans
- Execute project management administration and bookkeeping tasks
- Supervise the project procurement process
- Meet & communicate regularly with the Project Manager to assess client needs, project requirements & criteria as per project timelines
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure all are completed in a timely manner
- Assist Project Manager’s to monitor project progress and provide timely updates to clients
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral and have the ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Must possess strong problem solving skills
- Possess excellent time and change management skills
