We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Conveyancer to join our team on a contractor basis. This role involves drafting and processing real estate transactions, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent client service. You can work remotely or from our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review real estate documents (agreements, mortgage documents, transfers).
- Conduct title searches and review property titles.
- Communicate with clients, realtors, and mortgage brokers.
- Coordinate and manage the closing process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain organized records of transactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to conveyancing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of real estate conveyancing experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

- Office hours are 9am to 5pm, providing a structured yet flexible work schedule.
Compensation:
Paid on a per file basis.
