Job Description:Job Description Full-time Receptionist/Accounting clerk required for busy Property Management office Reception duties include answering telephone and email, greeting clients at reception, maintaining databases and filing system, distributing incoming mail and other various administrative tasks. Accounting Clerk duties include A/R & A/P functions. Processing customer payments and preparing deposits, collections, entering vendor invoices into system. Candidate must be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills and proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Property Administrator Experience would be an asset.
