About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Regional Manager to join our client's team in Thunder Bay, Ontario. As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of one site within your region. This includes managing day-to-day activities, sales, administration, service, and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 15-20 employees, including retail, sales, support, and service staff.
• Drive both B2C and B2B sales initiatives, collaborating closely with sales consultants.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by providing one-on-one support to clients.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and develop business strategies.
• Work with regional and corporate teams to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of management experience, ideally in retail or related industries.
• Strong operational, sales, forecasting, and P&L management skills.
• Ability to multitask, execute strategic initiatives, and drive business growth.
• A compassionate, service-minded approach with a focus on people-centric leadership.
• Business development mindset with a strong understanding of client needs.
