What are we looking for? This Individual Will Closely Work With The COO And Collaborate With Other Departments Within The Organization To Manage The Operation Of Cities Where We Operate And Lead The Way In Launching Cities Under Their Jurisdiction, The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Management experience in similar industries.
- Will now have to work with diverse teams.
- Be creative at problem solving
- Be able to work independently and require little oversight.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What will your tasks look like? - Lead a Regional Operations Team to achieve growth targets for each of your cities.
- Monitor supply vs demand and support your team in adjusting accordingly.
- Increase brand awareness, working closely with the communication team to make sure the messaging aligns with city specific needs.
- Manage passenger, driver, and community relationships.
- Work with licensing departments, police departments, insurance agents, etc.
- Obtain and secure corporate accounts.
- Administrative tasks as needed, i.e. Payroll.
- Other duties as assigned.
