Miles HR has a contract opportunity up to August 30th, with a possible extension, for an experienced Administrative Assistant in North Vancouver. Please note that this job would require a car as there is no public transit to the location.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Keen attention to detail as they will be responsible for formatting various documents
Strong organizational skills
Experience in a fast-paced office environment
Self-starter and multi-tasker (must take initiative)
Invoice tracking
Basic accounting
