Job Description:Job Description Job Summary:Anytime Fitness is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Ontario. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that will involve working from home and handling administrative tasks to support our franchise business. The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Compensation & Benefits:The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $30 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. This role also offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.Responsibilities:- Accurately input data from various sources into our company database- Maintain and update records, including customer information, inventory data, and financial information- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial documents- Organize and maintain physical and digital files- Communicate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or missing information- Complete any other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisorRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Able to work independently and remotely- Knowledge of the fitness industry or previous experience working in a franchise business is an assetEEOC Statement:Anytime Fitness is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
