Your responsibilities in a few words!

Supervise daily accounting and weekly and monthly financial dashboards – Manage the complete accounting cycle – Coordinate liaison with the bank and other professionals – Supervise monthly invoicing and monitoring of accounts receivable and payable – Monitor budget – Implement processes (law 25 compliance) – Manage all daily administrative aspects, including HR and IT – Be comfortable traveling (rarely) to their branch in Quebec when necessary – Supervise the work of a clerk -accounting and accounting systems support

Your assets for this position!

  • BAC in accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with management responsibilities
  • Excellent command of Excel and computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and French
