Job Description - Helpdesk Administrator Toronto Based

This position is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based in Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities:

The Help Desk Administrators responsibilities include answering a wide range of technical IT issues managing a high level of permissions for the organizations platforms such as Office 365 and others. The Help Desk Administrator reports to the Help Desk manager in Medison s Israeli HQ. Other responsibilities include:

  • Offering tech solutions to end users in all IT aspects (i.e. Windows 10/11 Operating system antivirus printers security systems etc.)
  • Providing daytoday support and response to service incidents
  • Diagnosing and resolving IT technical issues involving internet connectivity
  • Providing support for the entire company (both locally and remotely)

Requirements :

Position requirements (all are compulsory):

  • 14 years of experience as a PC Technician or IT HelpDesk
  • Extensive knowledge of Win10/11 system
  • Extensive knowledge of Office365 platforms including troubleshooting
  • Serviceoriented approach
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish at a very high level is mandatory for this position
