Job Description:
Hormel Foods is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Administrative Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our online operations.
Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing virtual calendars, appointments, and meetings - Handling online correspondence and responding to emails - Assisting with online research projects and compiling data - Updating and maintaining online databases and records - Providing online administrative support to various departments within the company - Coordinating online travel arrangements and accommodations - Assisting with online event planning and coordination - Managing online files and documents effectively - Providing online customer service and support as needed - Other online administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience as an Online Administrative Assistant or similar role - Strong people management skills - Excellent research abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online tools - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Experience working in a fast-paced online environment is a plus
