Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Online Operations Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals who are hardworking, motivated, and eager to learn. This role will involve supporting the online operations team in various tasks to ensure the smooth running of our online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, including updating product listings, managing inventory levels, and processing orders. 2. Provide customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to optimize online performance and drive sales growth. 4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of online strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence. 3. Strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies is a plus. 5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
