Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

BlackRock is seeking an experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in online operations management, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing our online business operations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online operations efficiency and effectiveness - Drive the development and maintenance of online platforms and tools - Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online customer experience - Manage and mentor a team of online operations specialists - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions - Work closely with IT and marketing teams to ensure alignment of online operations with overall business goals - Implement and enforce processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven track record of at least 6 years in online operations management - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team - Resourceful and driven with a passion for achieving operational excellence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools - Familiarity with online platforms and technologies - Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to online operations
