Harman International Industries is seeking a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a related field. As a Remote Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our remote offices and teams.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain remote office equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance - Assist remote team members with technical issues and troubleshooting - Coordinate remote team meetings and events - Collect and analyze data to improve remote operations efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to streamline remote operations processes - Implement and manage remote work policies and procedures - Provide training and support for remote employees on best practices for working remotely - Report regularly on remote operations performance indicators - Stay up-to-date on latest remote work trends and technologies
