Job Description:
Kraft Heinz is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Secretary to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the executive team remotely 2. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements 3. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations 4. Handle confidential information with discretion 5. Assist with project management tasks as needed 6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders 7. Use persuasion skills to influence decision-making processes 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Secretary or similar role 2. Strong organizational and time management skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 6. Project management skills are a plus 7. Persuasion skills are highly desirable 8. Must be dedicated and driven to succeed
